Lora Gravatt

Lora Gravatt serves as the Pastor for Discipleship at Columbia Baptist Church, a position held since June 2008, where Lora leads a comprehensive Discipleship Ministry team that encompasses age-level ministers, preschool staff, and a large number of volunteer leaders, effectively serving over 800 children and students weekly. Additionally, Lora has been an Instructor for the Baptist General Association of Virginia since January 2014, focusing on the Certificate in Family Ministry for church leaders. Prior roles include Minister to Children at First Baptist Church from 2000 to 2008 and District Manager at Windsor Shirt Company from 1986 to 1990. Lora holds a Master of Divinity from The John Leland Center for Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Hood College.
