Melissa Thomas has extensive experience in both retail operations and team management within the cannabis and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Retail Operations Manager and Sales Team Lead at Columbia Care since January 2020, Melissa has demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Previously, Melissa held the position of Team Manager at Strawberry Fields™ Cannabis during 2019, and prior to that, worked as an Optometric Assistant/Paraoptometric at Williamstown Eye Clinic from June 2013 to January 2019. Melissa's career began as Corporate Treasurer at Truss Rafters, where Melissa worked from May 1998 until June 2013.
