Wilson Silva is an experienced manager and creative professional with a diverse background in retail operations and design. Currently serving as the Manager of Retail Operations at Columbia Care since December 2021, Wilson oversees the Cannabist Longwood location, guiding a team of associates and fostering a high-performance environment in the legal cannabis sector. As the Creative Director and Owner of THEHEMPCLUB® Clothing Co., Wilson has developed a streetwear and lifestyle brand rooted in social commentary on marijuana criminalization. Additionally, as a Freelance Graphic Designer since 2009, Wilson has provided a range of creative services, including graphic design and marketing materials, while previously holding management positions at Charter Communications and T-Mobile, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations, staff development, and budget management.
