Ann P. Kalayil has a wide range of experience in facilities management, asset management, and administration. Ann P. is currently the Associate Vice President of Facilities and Construction at Columbia College Chicago, where they manage all physical facilities and advises the President's cabinet. Prior to this, they served as the Bureau Chief of Asset Management at Cook County Government, overseeing various departments and managing a significant budget. Additionally, they held the position of Regional Administrator of the Great Lakes Region at the U.S. General Services Administration, responsible for real estate and property management. Earlier in their career, they worked at the University of Chicago as the Director of Client Services & Support, and also served as a Fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago.
Ann P. Kalayil holds a Phd in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ann P. also obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, they have a M.A. in Asian Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Furthermore, Ann has completed the Leadership Greater Chicago program.
