Candice Germany

Candice Germany serves as the Assistant Director of Events and Programming at Columbia College Chicago since December 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Director of Campus Life Events and Operations at Millikin University from July 2017 to December 2022, where oversight of a 189,000 sq ft facility and a student staff of 30 was key responsibilities. Earlier positions include Graduate Assistant at Northwestern University, focusing on program coordination, and Graduate Intern roles at Loyola University Chicago, where programming and leadership opportunities were developed. Candice also has experience in building management and retail, complemented by a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millikin University.
