Howard Schlossberg is a highly experienced academic and journalist with a career spanning several decades. As a tenured professor at Columbia College Chicago since 1995, Schlossberg has taught journalism and marketing. Concurrently, Schlossberg has served as a sports correspondent for the Daily Herald since 1994. Previous roles include board member for the Society of Professional Journalists and senior editor for the American Marketing Association, where contributions included the initiation of Sports Marketing and Environmental Marketing columns in "Marketing News." Earlier in the career, positions included senior editor at Reed Business Information and sports editor at Barrington Press, where award-winning sections were developed.
