John Manfredy is a highly experienced architect and educator with a strong focus on multifamily acquisitions, development projects, and advanced software training. As Principal at Manifest Multifamily Group since May 2021, John leads architectural projects, providing technical due diligence and oversight to maximize investor ROI. As an adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Columbia College Chicago, John teaches Revit/BIM technology and advanced construction documentation, enhancing the skill sets of future architects and interior designers. Additionally, John's ownership of Revit for Interior Designers has trained over 1,000 professionals in effective collaboration within the BIM environment.
