Lucy A. Trimarco

Lucy A. Trimarco is an accomplished interior architecture professional with extensive experience in academia and design practice. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Columbia College Chicago since 2015, Lucy instructs undergraduate students in various digital media and design courses. With a strong background in both commercial and residential interior design, Lucy has held leadership positions such as Owner/Sr. Project Designer at luc.ID, Inc. and Senior Interior Designer at Fitzgerald APD, contributing to notable healthcare, workplace, and institutional projects. Lucy’s career began in 1992, leading to roles at renowned firms such as VOA Associates and Partners by Design. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Product Design & Development from Northwestern University and a BFA in Interior Design from The International Academy of Design & Technology.
