Niena Drake

Niena Drake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media production, fundraising, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Advancement Committee at Columbia College Chicago, Niena played a pivotal role in achieving record-breaking alumni donations. As Senior Director and Executive Producer at the Emma Bowen Foundation, Niena successfully established the All Multicultural Media Professionals Network, expanding its community to over 6,000 diverse professionals. A versatile creator, Niena has held key roles in producing high-profile events for major brands and networks, including being a keynote speaker and DJ for Nike. Niena's production expertise is highlighted through roles as Showrunner and Executive Producer at Kin Community and as a Producer for large-scale projects with notable clients such as Netflix and Disney, culminating in contributions to the 78th Golden Globe Awards with dick clark productions. Niena holds an Honors B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago.
