Xochitl Arias-Flores

Xochitl Arias-Flores has extensive work experience in compensation roles. They started their career as a Senior Payroll Clerk at the American Medical Association in 1988, where they oversaw payroll processing for multiple subsidiaries and affiliates. They then served as a Compensation/HRIS Administrator, assisting with base pay and bonus programs and participating in a compensation study. Later, they became a Compensation Analyst, where they reviewed and evaluated data to determine appropriate salary levels and maintained a job description library. They joined Columbia College Chicago in 2018 as a Compensation Analyst, and have since been promoted to Compensation Manager and then Director of Compensation. No end dates are provided for their roles at Columbia College Chicago.
