Maxine Grant MRICS is a Senior Preconstruction Manager with extensive experience in estimating and procurement for a variety of construction projects. With a background in quantity surveying and project controls, Maxine has worked for companies such as Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., Bond Brothers Inc, and Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. Maxine is currently involved in the UMass Boston Utility Corridor Project and the Stonehill SBA Addition Project. Besides their professional roles, Maxine also leads the Membership Committee at RICS Americas New England Chapter. Maxine holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading.
