The Safety and Compliance Team at Columbia is dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment while adhering to industry regulations and best practices. This team conducts regular safety audits, develops and implements safety protocols, and provides training to all employees and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and compliance across all projects. With a focus on sustainability, they also work closely with the Director of Sustainability to integrate eco-friendly practices into construction operations, ensuring both safety and environmental responsibility.
