Amber Culver

Amber Culver is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in managing payroll functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Payroll Clerk for Columbia County since December 2020, Amber oversees payroll processing and assists in financial reporting. Previously, as a Payroll Administrator at Gulf Coast Supply, responsibilities included full-cycle payroll management for over 140 employees and month-end financial tasks. Amber also worked at AEP River Operations as a Senior Payroll Administrative Assistant, managing payroll for over 1,200 employees and participating in employee relations and training initiatives. Additional roles include various positions at Smith Drug Company, Thom's Transport, and Satilla Regional Medical Center, each contributing to Amber's comprehensive skill set in payroll processing, administrative support, and financial management. Amber holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.
