Capt. Mario Stipanicic

Capt. Mario Stipanicic currently serves as the Fleet Manager for the Yacht Division at COLUMBIA cruise services since January 2024. Prior to this role, Stipanicic held various significant positions, including Shipboard HR Director at MSC Cruises from August to December 2023 and Crewing Director at Kvarner Crewing Services (SeaQuest Shipmanagement) from January to July 2023. Stipanicic's experience also encompasses serving as HR Manager for Seagoing Personnel at Columbia Shipmanagement between 2020 and 2022, Director Fleet Marine HR at Carnival Maritime GmbH from 2019 to 2020, and Head of Crewing Department at MINSHIP Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG from 2018 to 2019. Furthermore, Stipanicic managed Columbia Shipmanagement as Managing Director and held the position of Crewing Manager from 2005 to 2017, as well as served as Deck Officer/Master from 1995 to 2004 within the same organization.
