Tracy Waldron is an experienced Human Resources Leader with a strong background in developing strategic HR initiatives and managing employee relations. Since July 2020, Tracy has served as the Human Resources Leader at Columbia Engineering and Services, Inc. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Southeast Human Resources Leader at Premier Surfaces from August 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing career and compensation plans and partnering with leadership on strategic hiring. Tracy's extensive experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner at AECOM for 17 years, focusing on employee engagement, compensation, and organizational development, as well as coordinating with executives on hiring and budget planning. Earlier roles included serving as an Executive Assistant at URS Corporation, where Tracy supervised the word processing department and managed executive logistics, and as a Credit Assistant at Zep Manufacturing from 1990 to 1996. Tracy holds an education from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
