Lisa Friesen Smith

Lisa Friesen Smith, APR, is an accomplished public affairs professional with extensive experience in communications and community relations. Currently serving as Public Affairs Manager at Columbia Gas of Kentucky since February 2021, Lisa has also held the position of Director of Communications & Community Relations at NiSource since December 1996. Previous roles include Communications Manager at Blue Grass Airport, Exec. Assistant for Public Relations at New West, and Marketing Officer at National City Bank. Lisa holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from the University of Kentucky and graduated from Henry Clay High School.
