Rex Parker, P.E. possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in the inspection and management of infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Field Operations Engineer at Columbia Gas of Virginia since November 2007, Rex specializes in the design of gas utility facilities and the management of product delivery amidst budget and emergency considerations. Prior roles include Senior Inspector at AMT Engineering, focusing on bridge structures, and significant contributions as Senior Inspector for the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project with Parsons Brinckerhoff. Additional experience includes project management of highway assets at VMS, Inc., and various inspection and technical roles at Virginia Geotechnical Services. Rex holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned from 1985 to 1991.
