Richard Spencer

Richard Spencer has extensive experience in the inspection and coating industry, currently serving as NiSource OQ at Columbia Gas of Virginia since May 2022. Prior roles include Mainline Coating Inspector at Dominion Energy, where responsibilities involved inspecting blasting and coating for a 42" pipeline project, and Lead Corrosion Inspector certified through NACE International at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. During this time, Richard oversaw the installation of engines and components at the JANUS PhaesII Compressor Station. Additional experience includes working as a Coating Inspector at BJ Inspections, Inc. and holding positions in the cabinetry sector as Lead Painter at Greenfield Cabinetry Inc. and Color Master at CORSI CABINET COMPANY, INC. Richard Spencer graduated from Philip Barbour High School in 1987 with a diploma in Math, Science, and Art.
