Emily Rhoda

Emily Rhoda is an experienced educator with a strong background in early childhood education. Currently serving as the Instructional Math Coach at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School since August 2013, Emily has advanced to the role of Early Childhood Math Coach while focusing on cultivating engaging classroom communities and differentiating instruction for kindergarten students. Previously, Emily worked as an Associate Teacher at Trevor Day School, where valuable teaching experiences were gained during the transition from academic studies to the classroom. Emily holds a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College, complemented by studies in Positive Psychology at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
