Russell Marsh

Russell Marsh currently serves as the Director of Equity and Belonging at Newark Academy, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Russell Marsh worked as the Prep Division Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School from September 2023 to July 2024.
