Kelly Lussier

Kelly Lussier has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started off as an Admission Counselor at Loyola University Maryland in 2015 and worked in that position until 2018. In this role, Kelly provided counseling on the college application process, managed events and programming, supervised staff and students, and represented the university at high schools. After that, Kelly became an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission at Loyola University Maryland from 2018 to 2020, where they continued to provide counseling, oversee operations, and manage large-scale events. From 2020 to 2021, Kelly worked as an Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission at the same institution. They then transitioned to Four Twelve Roofing, where they served as a Sales Estimator from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Kelly is an Inside Sales Representative, Mid-Atlantic at Columbia Green Technologies, starting in 2023.

Kelly Lussier completed their Bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a focus on Justice and Human Rights from Loyola University Maryland from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they also attended The Beijing Center for a short-term program in Chinese Language, Culture, and Politics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Mission Driven Leadership certification from Loyola University Maryland in December 2019, a Safe Zone Training Certification from OUTLoyola in November 2019, an Admission Middle Management Workshop certification from the National Association for College Admission Counseling in September 2019, and a Harvard Summer Institute on College Admissions certification from Harvard University in June 2018.
