Kevin Goad has worked in the energy and facility solutions industry since 2005. Kevin began their career at Trane, where they served as Regional Program Manager from 2005 to 2010. In this role, they managed regional sales programs and business to business partnerships in five states, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability, and formalizing training for clients and Account Executives to maximize program performance and benefits. In 2010, Goad joined Johnson Controls, Inc. as an Account Executive, Building Efficiency. Kevin held this role until 2014, when they joined Johnson Controls as an Account Executive, Energy Solutions, West Solution Sales Building Efficiency. Goad then moved to McKinstry in 2012, where they served as Account Executive, Energy & Facility Solutions. In this role, they helped clients pursue their goals in energy efficiency, green house gas and carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy and sustainability. In 2017, Goad joined Columbia Green Technologies as a National Strategic Account Manager.
Kevin Goad graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1995 with a BA in Environmental Management & Marketing. Kevin also holds a LEED Green Associate certification. Prior to this, they attended Sam Rayburn High School.
