Lawrence Pilkington

Lawrence Pilkington has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Lawrence started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Adam Aircraft in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Lawrence then joined Special Applications- Composites as a Senior Composites Engineer from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Vestas as a Process Engineer and stayed with them until 2013. Since 2013, Lawrence has been associated with Columbia Helicopters, where they held various roles including Mechanical Engineer Manager from 2013 to 2017, Principal Mechanical Engineer from 2018 to 2019, and currently serves as the Chief Engineer since 2020.

Lawrence Pilkington earned a Bachelor's degree in Aero Astro Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001. Lawrence then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, completing it in 2004.
