Dennis Lohr is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the housing authority sector, serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Jacksonville Housing Authority since February 2020, following similar roles at the St. Petersburg Housing Authority from December 2018 to February 2020, and the Clearwater Housing Authority from August 2003 to December 2018. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, earned in 1998, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution's Southern Polytechnic College, completed in 1994. Dennis is also an alumnus of Sprayberry High School, graduating in 1988.

Columbia Housing
The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia, South Carolina (Columbia Housing), is the largest housing authority in South Carolina. Columbia Housing provides and facilitates affordable housing resources for nearly 6,500 low-income households comprised of approximately 16,000 people. These affordable housing resources include Columbia Housing-owned residential communities, Columbia Housing-sponsored mixed-income, mixed-finance residential communities, Housing Choice vouchers, supportive housing arrangements and homeownership opportunities. Columbia Housing's programs are funded and regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
