Jarrod Karnofski began their work experience in 2009 at Columbia Memorial Hospital as a Rehabilitation Manager. Jarrod then transitioned to the role of Director of Ancillary Services in an undisclosed year until 2013. In 2013, Jarrod became the Vice President of Ancillary and Support Services at the same hospital.

Jarrod Karnofski pursued their education in a field related to healthcare administration, physical therapy, and kinesiology and exercise science.
