David Dowdney

David Dowdney is the SVP, Head of Leasing at Columbia Property Trust. Prior to joining Columbia, David was an Aquisitions Consultant at Liquid Realty Partners, Managing Director, Asset Management at GE Capital Real Estate, and Acquisitions Director at GE Capital Real Estate (Arden Realty). David has also held positions as Vice President, Portfolio Management at Divco West Properties and Vice President, Leasing and Management Group at Jones Lang LaSalle. David has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has managed portfolios of 15 million square feet of commercial assets.

David Dowdney has an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Geography/Regional Development from the University of California, Los Angeles.
