Rimma Zinkovsky

Rimma Zinkovsky currently serves as a Construction Controller at Columbia Property Trust, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rimma was the Cost Control Manager at RXR from July 2019 to February 2023, where responsibilities included tracking and analyzing costs for large-scale construction projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, New Rochelle, and Queens, as well as monitoring budget expenditures. Rimma's experience also includes a tenure as a Senior Project Accountant at Forest City Ratner Companies from November 2006 to May 2019, participating in monthly meetings with bank representatives and project managers, and reviewing project requisitions. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Orel State University and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tula State University.
