Clara Trejos

Clara Trejos, Vice President of Tax Credit Operations for Columbia Residential, coordinates the day-to-day activities for projects in development. She maintains the schedule and budget for apartment communities throughout various stages of construction and acts as a liaison between the engineers, architect, landscaping architect, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors. Clara is also responsible for the preparation of tax credit applications and proposals for potential projects, and she handles all due diligence for closing construction and permanent loans.
