Scott Manspeaker

Scott Manspeaker serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Quintus Corporation since November 2023. Previously, Scott held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Beacon Management Services from 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included financial analysis and performance metrics for a full-service real estate management company. Prior to that, Scott was Chief Financial Officer at American Painting & Renovations, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, managing financial reporting for a company with over $27 million in revenue and streamlining internal processes. Scott also served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Inwood Holdings | Woodward Management Partners, LLC from 2007 to 2018, where a property management company was successfully launched, overseeing significant growth in managed units. Additionally, Scott was the VP of Operations at The Sterling Group from 1997 to 2007. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business between 1989 and 1993.
