Matt Shadle

Matt Shadle is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Columbia River IT Solutions since May 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Covenant Technology Solutions, progressing from Service Desk Technician to Director of Professional Services from April 2013 to April 2025. Earlier experiences include working as a Service Desk Engineer at Apex IT Group, where responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up new computers, and collaborating with a team of technicians, and as a Help Desk Technician at the University of Washington, focusing on support for the College of Education. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics from the University of Washington, awarded in 2010.
