Ruth Nash

Ruth Nash, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ruth began their career in 1988 as an Instructional Aide in Special Education for the Simi Valley Unified School District. Ruth then worked as a Customer Service representative for ServiceOne in 1989. Following this, Ruth held the position of General Manager at IPS Publishing, Inc., where they directed various functions including accounting, HR, shipping, quality control, and contract management. Ruth also played a key role in a major merger and acquisition and aided the establishment of the company's IPO. Subsequently, Ruth joined Renaissance Learning in 1996 as an HR/Administrative Services Manager, overseeing HR activities and recruitment while also providing strategic HR and administrative services. In 2010, they joined Columbia River Mental Health as an HR Director, serving as part of the Executive Team and supervising a team of HR staff. Ruth retired from CRMHS in 2017. Ruth later joined Columbia River Mental Health Services in 2015 as an HR Director. Throughout their career, Ruth has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic HR planning, and a focus on internal customer service.
