Ia Appelberg is a Senior Consultant in Marketing Technology at Columbia Road since November 2021, currently managing a CRM and SFA implementation project in the automotive industry, overseeing teams and C-level stakeholders across two countries. Prior to this role, Appelberg served as a Marketing Automation Specialist at Hjärnfonden, focusing on email and SMS channels, and as a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant at WGP - Web Guide Partner, where extensive work was done on Marketing Automation concepts for clients. Additional experience includes roles as an Inbound Marketing Consultant at iGoMoon AB, a Digital Editor at Infunnel, and various writing and editorial positions, fostering strong expertise in marketing automation, content creation, and strategy across different industries.
