Romans Jushka

Romans Jushka has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Crewing Operations at Columbia Shipmanagement since May 2019, where responsibilities include fleet crew management for tankers. Prior roles at Columbia Shipmanagement included Senior Crewing Superintendent and Crewing Superintendent. At CSM Baltija from July 2011 to May 2019, Romans held the position of Crewing Superintendent, focusing on crewing activities. Previously, Romans worked as a Ship Operator at Columbia Shipmanagement and as a Crewing Superintendent at CSM Baltija. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Officer at EMS Crew Management SIA and as a Cadet and 2nd Officer at Stolt-Nielsen S.A. Romans Jushka is a graduate of Latvijas Jūras akadēmija, holding a degree in Navigation.
