Ben Rainey

Ben Rainey is a seasoned professional in the footwear industry, currently serving as a Senior Performance Footwear Product Line Manager at Columbia Sportswear Company since May 2015. In this role, Ben has successfully driven the product vision for the Performance footwear line, overseeing projects from conception to commercialization, which significantly increased revenue through strategic financial planning and product briefs. Prior to this, Ben advanced from a Footwear Merchandise Coordinator to a Temp Product Creation Operations Assistant at Columbia, where responsibilities included managing product data and coordinating with the merchandising team. Ben's career began at Nike as a Visual Merchandising Athlete, showcasing strong skills in visual merchandising. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Nutrition, Merchandise Management, and Business and Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University.
