Boris Kogan

Boris Kogan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as IT Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering at Columbia Sportswear Company since September 2025, Boris previously held the position of VP Enterprise Infrastructure at Fisher Investments from January 2020 to October 2024, where oversight included various aspects of infrastructure and digital workplace strategies. Boris also served as Vice President of Information Technology at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield from June 2017 to December 2019, focusing on cloud services, and as IT Director of Infrastructure and Clinic Operations at McKesson from January 2015 to January 2017, managing oncology clinics' IT. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Director of IT Infrastructure at Westfield, where extensive operations and network management responsibilities were undertaken.
