Kathy le

Kathy Le is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Manager for CSC Digital Technology and Corporate Functions at Columbia Sportswear Company since April 2021, Kathy previously held various roles at adidas from July 2001 to May 2020, culminating in the position of Director of Finance for Supply Chain Management. In this capacity, Kathy led financial controlling and cost management efforts for a business generating over $6 billion in net sales, managing logistics costs and delivering critical financial analyses for 3PL provider RFPs. Earlier roles at adidas included Senior Manager of Finance for Product Operations and Controller for Performance Management Brand Operations, where Kathy emphasized collaboration between finance and brand leadership to enhance transparency and operational efficiency. Kathy began a finance career as an Accountant at Intel Corporation from January 2000 to July 2001. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Psychology from Oregon State University.
