Laura Crawford has over a decade of experience in human resources and program management, currently serving as a Sr. Wellbeing Program Specialist at Columbia Sportswear Company since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing a global rewards and recognition budget and administering the tuition assistance program. Prior experience includes various roles at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, where Laura progressed from an intern to HR Administrative Assistant, managing compliance and supporting legal operations for over 50 attorneys. Additional experience includes a project specialist role at Lexington Home Brands and a sales associate position at Best Buy, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Portland State University.
