Megan McGugan

Megan McGugan is an experienced Principal Color Designer at Columbia Sportswear Company, where responsibilities include leading global color direction and developing seasonal color strategies since January 2019. Prior to this role, Megan served as Senior Color Designer and Color Designer II, focusing on color direction for women's apparel, accessories, and equipment. Previous experience includes roles at Kroger as Assistant Art Director and Creative & Color Assistant, and at Nike as a Production Artist. Megan has also worked as a Marketing & Promotions Manager at Ecdysiast A Pole Dance Company and has teaching experience at Portland Sewing.
