Paul Heinrichs

Paul Heinrichs has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Store Manager at Columbia Sportswear since June 2015. Prior roles include Store Manager at SOREL from October 2017 to February 2020 and Store Manager at Value Village from May 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities encompassed operational management and partnership with a nonprofit. Paul also held significant positions at Target as Executive Team Leader from January 2013 to May 2015 and as Manager at PetSmart in late 2007, focusing on store operations and team leadership.
