Dionida Ryce

Dionida Ryce, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the AVP of Academic Appointments & Professionalism and Vice Chair for Administration and Finance at Columbia University Medical Center, a position held since August 2007. In this role, Dionida oversees administrative, financial, and operational functions across the departments of Physiology & Cellular Biophysics and Pharmacology, managing a budget of approximately $20 million and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrator and Associate Director of Faculty Appointments & Promotions Operations at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, along with a role as Senior Credentials Coordinator at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Dionida holds an MBA in Computer and Information Sciences from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Spanish Literature, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College.
