Fredelyne Paris

Fredelyne Paris is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a proven track record in clinic management and operational compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Clinic Operations at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since July 2014, Fredelyne oversees daily operations for 500 providers and 130,000 patient visits annually while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, where Fredelyne evaluated staffing needs and conducted performance appraisals, and Division Administrator at Weill Cornell Medicine, managing patient flow and administrative teams. Fredelyne also held the position of Senior Clinic Manager at New York University - College of Dentistry, supervising a large staff and supporting high patient volumes. Fredelyne holds a Master of Public Administration in Financial Management in Healthcare Organizations from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Stony Brook University.
