Lauren Perlmutter

Lauren Perlmutter is an accomplished communications and donor relations professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and strategic engagement. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Executive Director of Communications and Donor Relations at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Lauren leads initiatives that enhance fundraising and communication efforts. Previously, as Vice President and Director of Volunteer Leadership Development at March of Dimes, Lauren developed key programs to strengthen volunteer engagement nationwide. Additional roles include consulting for various institutions, directing communications at The Trust for Jewish Philanthropy, and planning at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Lauren holds an MPA in Management and Public Policy from New York University and a BA in English and Spanish from Brandeis University.
