Melissa H. Molina-Trinidad

Melissa H. Molina-Trinidad, MBA, LSSGB, C-TAGME, currently serves as the Administrative Director for the Department of Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where responsibilities include presenting at conferences and participating in subcommittees focused on medical education. In October 2024, Melissa founded MHM Legacy Consulting, LLC, specializing in strategic consulting and leadership development for healthcare organizations. Additionally, Melissa holds the position of Director of Chapter Operations for the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives, overseeing chapter sustainability and operations. With a robust background in Graduate Medical Education and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Melissa has further contributed to various healthcare institutions and organizations throughout a decade-long career. Melissa earned an MBA from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Stony Brook University.
