Roger Bordon is a seasoned healthcare administrator with extensive experience in clinic management and practice administration. Currently serving as the Clinic Administrator at Columbia Valley Community Health since June 2022, Roger previously held the position of Practice Manager III at Confluence Health from February 2018 to April 2022. Earlier in the career at Columbia Basin Health Association, Roger contributed significantly as a Clinic Manager, initially focusing on outreach for uninsured populations and successfully developing a team of 32 Patient Service Representatives for the Washington State Health Exchange. Roger's career also includes roles in satellite television sales and installation, property management, and financial services, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.

CVCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center that offers medical, dental, behavioral, midwifery, pharmacy, WIC, and outreach services to all residents of Chelan and Douglas counties, and surrounding areas, regardless of ability to pay. We care for over 35,000 patients per year between our nine locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan, and various on-site locations, such as Wenatchee Valley College and Lincoln Elementary School.
