Mara Babin is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and law. As a Partner at MBMC International PLLC since January 2019, Mara focuses on delivering comprehensive global law services tailored for select clients. In addition to this role, Mara serves as a Senior Advisor at both Columbia West Capital and Golden Seeds, contributing expertise to middle-market advisory and investments in early-stage women-led companies, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel at Mymee and holding significant leadership positions at Squire Patton Boggs, including Partner and London Office Managing Partner. Mara holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, a degree from the Fellows Program at the Weatherhead School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
