Lynn Hager

Lynn Hager, LCSW, is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, currently serving at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lynn held various positions at Brave Health from August 2021 to November 2023, including Senior Associate Therapist and Associate Therapist II. Lynn's earlier experience includes working as a Mental Health Clinician at New Narrative and completing an MSW internship at Clackamas County. Academically, Lynn earned a Master of Social Work from Portland State University, where involvement included roles such as Teaching Assistant in the MPH program and founding the Portland Menstrual Society. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Public Affairs and an Associate of Arts in General Studies, both from Portland State University and Portland Community College, respectively.
