Timothy Black

Timothy Black is an experienced professional in behavioral health and crisis management, currently serving as the Lane County Regional Administrator for ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Timothy held various positions at White Bird Clinic from 2010 to January 2022, including Director of Consulting, overseeing the CAHOOTS program, and providing mobile crisis services. Timothy has a rich background in facilitating emergency transportation services for youth in crisis at Looking Glass Community Services and managing wilderness therapy programs at SageWalk, The Wilderness School. Additionally, Timothy began a career dedicated to at-risk youth through various roles at Northwest Youth Corps. Timothy's educational journey includes attending Lane Community College.
