Chris Sladish

Chris Sladish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and team management within the financial and technology sectors. Currently, as the Manager of the Model Office at Columbian Financial Group since June 2018, Chris oversees team assignments, develops departmental strategy, and reports results to senior management. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at IBM from January 2001 to June 2018, including Consulting IT Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program and test management for global accounts, leading diverse teams on high-scale projects, and ensuring operational standardization. Chris's career began at ENSCO as a Systems Analyst focusing on SAP testing. Academically, Chris holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Binghamton University, alongside prior education at Coastal Carolina University and the University of Rochester.
