Gregory Sim is the current VP & CIO at Columbian Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Division Costing Manager at NVR, Inc. from November 2020 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for assessing new sales and starts to assure that all home building costs were in line with plan. Gregory also worked closely with the sales team and project managers in the field.

From May 2019 to June 2020, Gregory served as the Senior Manager of Analytics and Business Integration at FS-ISAC. In this role, they were the Project Manager on the Salesforce transformation project and other organizational efforts such as renewal retention and a new contract management process. Gregory was also the official Salesforce Admin for FS-ISAC, engaging in process mapping and data integrity/integrations. Additionally, they created the change management process for Salesforce working with the functional business areas. As the key internal point person on the Salesforce org transformation from non-profit to profit, classic to lightning UI, they worked closely with the Salesforce third party vendor. Gregory was also the key integration Salesforce specialist on funneling new member data into Salesforce and connecting to the member facing portal. Furthermore, they negotiated the renewal contract for Salesforce and vendors that integrated with our Salesforce module. Gregory reported directly to the Director of PMO.

Gregory Sim has a Project Management Certification from Cornell University, an MBA from Centenary University, and a B.S in Energy, Business, and Finance with a Minor in Political Science from Penn State University.
