Nadia Gavrilenko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nadia began their career as a Senior Bank Teller at Washington Mutual Bank, now known as JP Morgan CHASE Bank, where they gained valuable banking experience from 2003 to 2007. Nadia then transitioned to the healthcare industry, joining UW Medicine as a Patient Service Specialist in 2011. Over the course of their time at UW Medicine, they held various roles including Program Operations Specialist and Program Education Manager for Division of Plastic Surgery. In 2018, they made a move to the food and beverage industry, serving as a Business Development Manager at Toast Coffee & Wine Bar. Two years later, they transitioned back to the healthcare industry, joining Centura Health as a Practice Manager. Most recently, they have taken up roles at Columbine Health Systems, starting as a Human Resources Director in 2022 and currently serving as the SR Director of Talent Strategy & Culture. With their diverse experience across banking, healthcare, and food and beverage sectors, Nadia Gavrilenko brings a unique perspective and expertise to their current role.
